148 km 6h min

The route begins in close proximity to the Botanical Garden in Craiova (99 m above sea level, 0.7% slope) and heads to the Southern exit of the city, running parallel to the Jiu River. The route is a slow descent to Facai (km 5.6, 74 m above sea level, 0.2% slope) where climbs up to Malu Mare. From the exit of Malu Mare (km 13.3, 92 m above sea level, 0.9% slope) follows a new stretch of slow descent to the exit of the village of Bratovoesti (km 26.3, 59 m above sea level, 0.5% slope). From this point, the route starts a steady ascent to Rojiste (km 34.2, 78 m above sea level, 3% slope), and at the exit of the village starts a new stage of descent with small differences in the level, to Toceni (km 45.4, 46 m above sea level height, 2.4% slope). All these climbs and descents are due to the passage of the road from one Jiu River terrace to another. From the exit of Toceni begins intensive climbing to the village of Caciulatesti (km 48.7, 91 m above sea level, 0.3% slope), and from there begins a steady descent down to Sadova (km 53.2, 59 m above sea level, 0.6% slope). Between Sadova and Piscu Sadova (km 56.6) the route remains relatively flat, without major differences in the level, after which a new descent comes to the exit of the village of Listeava (km 61.3, 38 m above sea level, 0.8% slope). From there the route remains relatively flat, with no major differences at the level of Bechet, where it ends in the port of Bechet (km 69.4, 26 m above sea level, 0.3% slope). From Bechet starts a new ascent to Dabuleni (km 91.7, 54 m above sea level, 1% slope) where the route descends to the Danube Plain to Potelu (km 100.3, 30 m above sea level, 0, 7% slope). From the Potelu the route passes on the terraces of the Danube with a slow descent. After Orlea (km 118, 38 m above sea level, 0.1% slope) the route remains relatively flat with a small difference in the level, which represents the transition from the Dabuleni to the Caracal field. From here, the terraces of the Danube are connected with those of the River Olt, which crosses the route before entering Turnu Magurele at km 149 (22 m above sea level, 0.5% slope). The end point of the route is in front of the Town Hall of Turnu Magurele (km 158, 35 m above sea level, 1.3% slope).
